Hi,

If you could find the textarea's position (defined in style of the textarea), you can substitute the value for

mapstyle.left = '440px';   
mapstyle.top = '230px';

with a value above the textarea's position in the  function showMap(obj)  in common.js


If you could not find the textarea's postion (if there is no style fo the textarea) then you can change the value for

mapstyle.left = '440px';   
mapstyle.top = '230px';

with the screen's view port's center postion as follows:

var xMax = screen.width;
var yMax = self.screen.availHeight;

if (document.body.clientWidth)
{
lnBodyClientWidth=document.body.clientWidth
lnBodyClientHeight=document.body.clientHeight
}
else
{
lnBodyClientWidth=window.innerWidth
lnBodyClientHeight=window.innerHeight
}

xOffset = (xMax - lnBodyClientWidth)/2, 
yOffset = (yMax - lnBodyClientHeight)/2;

mapstyle.left = xOffset;    
mapstyle.top = yOffset;

Hi,

Due to the buggy display of online help and key map, I changed the way it displays. Now, the online help is displayed on top of the textarea where you enable Tamil typing.  The map position also made dynamic to show just a bit below the current active scrolled window, Hence it will be visible to the user.

Please download the latest ucedit.zip in the downloads section (or you can also download and overwrite the updated code from https://higopi.com/script/ucedit/common.js
